WELCOME TO JETBOX
Congratulations, you have completed the first step in your journey with JETbox (Jobes Epic Transformation box) that will take your organization to the next level.
I am excited about the opportunity you will give your organization on documenting and understanding business processes. Although many organizations and people have an understanding of a process, often times cross-teams and throughout the organization, there is a disconnect on how and why steps of a process are essential. The Jobes Epic Transformation will take you on a journey to understanding:
- What is the process?
- How does the process work?
- Why the process exists? How it effects other teams?
- What would you do differently today knowing everything that you know about the organization?
- And finally, the steps needed to complete your digital transformation journey.
Over the last 30 years, I have learned thorough understanding, curiosity, and the discovery of barriers will lead to incredible innovation and digital transformation. The JETbox package provides background and assessments each step of the way.
Don't hesitate to reach out to JETbox Air Traffic Controller via email ATC@jetbox.solutions if you have questions or would like information about how to begin your journey. Over the next coming weeks, we will release an application for you to sign into that allows your organization to add people and assign roles to your digital transformation journey.
Stay focused, and enjoy the process!
